The following gallery is a compilation of images from three different excursions into West Virginia. It's a strange place, but of course, I wouldn't be there or shoot if it was simply ordinary. These images, like those from the Northern Neck, have a particularly *intense* feel to them.
As usual, my guides lead me to these places. I simply drive, having no plan, no agenda, and they are placed before me like bizzare, glistening jewels.
These images come from two abaondoned houses, the dollies are from a particularly strange storefront. I have no idea what the store actually sold, the dollies seemed to be the only "merchandise".
